are you making any more of this model?
Being a small company, i can only produce certain models at a time. While I always plan on re-producing certain models, different circumstances arise that change the timing of each production. I will regularly make announcements on social media (Instagram | Facebook) providing updates on which models will be available in the near term.
Do you Ship to Europe?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have distributors or availability in Europe or any other country outside of the contiguous United States. This may change in the future, but currently we only ship within the US.
Why didn't i receive the "back in stock" email?
Once you sign up for our "back in stock" emailer, you must make sure our email is marked safe in your inbox. Otherwise it will likely end up in the Spam folder. asherknifeco @ gmail.com
The new model shows "Out of stock"
The new model will show out of stock on the website until I fill the inventory. If there is a specified time for a certain drop, that model will show out of stock until I fill the inventory at the specified time.
Do you have any of this model available?
Unfortunately, at this time, if the model in question shows out of stock on the website, I do not have any available for sale. 
When will my order ship?
In most cases, I try an get your order out the door within 1-2 days of placing the order. When there is a larger drop, It may take up to 5 days to ship from the time of placing your order. I will always do my best to get your order out ASAP, but larger drops usually take me a bit more time to process, pack and ship. I really appreciate your patience and understanding. Once the order is shipped, it will arrive to you within 3-5 days, typically around 3 days.
What is Your Return Policy?
All Sales Final. Exchanges are accepted for cost of shipping. If there is a functional issue with your brand new knife, we will accept the return and send a replacement at no extra cost. We will not accept exchanges on used knives. We will only accept exchanges from the original purchaser.
